Questions

Do I need to be a non-native speaker?

No. Many users are native speakers who ramble or bury the point. The prompts are workplace situations, not language lessons.

What happens to my recordings?

They are processed automatically and the raw audio is deleted within 24 hours. Transcripts and feedback stay in your history until you delete them.

Is the feedback a score?

No. You get one strength, up to three specific improvements with quoted evidence, and a clearer version of your own answer. No points, no leaderboards.

Will it correct my accent?

No. Feedback is about clarity, structure and phrasing. A regional accent is not treated as a mistake.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid period. Cancel during the free trial and nothing is charged.
